Thomas H. Winters MD, FACOEM, FACPM
President, Chief Medical Officer and Principal Partner
With over thirty years of experience in Occupational Medicine and an entrepreneurial spirit, Dr. Winters cofounded OEHN in 2004. As President and Chief Medical Officer of OEHN, he provides clinical oversight of physicians and is Medical Director for clients from a wide spectrum of industries.

Lee Okurowski, MD, MPH, MBA
Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Principal Partner
Dr. Okurowski has extensive background in prevention and disability research, including identification of risk prediction models for work-related back pain to improve quality of care and reduce costs.

Karin Sullivan, M.Ed.
Executive Director
Karin’s role at OEHN is to provide administrative leadership and oversight of the daily business functions, including operations, human resources, financial, business development, client relations, communications, project management, new client program development, and strategic planning.

Deborah N. Barbeau MD, PhD, MSPH
Medical Director
As Medical Director, Dr. Barbeau combines her extensive Infectious Disease background with Occupational Medicine, benefitting clients including academic hospital employee health departments, community occupational health clinics, as well as university research occupational health programs and biotechnology and biopharma companies.

Stefan C. Muzin MD
Consulting Specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
Dr. Muzin lends his expertise in physical medicine and rehabilitation to OEHN clients by providing clinical consultation, care and treatment of complex musculoskeletal cases in employee health settings. He also provides chart/peer review services for appropriateness of medical care, disability determinations and treatment recommendations.

David Rosmarin, MD
Chief of Psychiatric Services
Dr. Rosmarin has over 30 years’ experience in criminal, civil and occupational matters in Forensic Psychiatry. Dr. Rosmarin served his internship at Boston City Hospital. He went on to a residency at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center where he was Chief Resident in Forensic Psychiatry. He was also a special student at Harvard Law School.

Michael Amster, CIH, CSP, PE, CHMM, TURP
Environmental Health and Safety Specialist
Mr. Amster has provided consulting services to OEHN clients since 2004 including innovative, cost effective solutions to various types of EH&S issues to maintain employee safety, proper operations and regulatory compliance.

Terry B Snyder, BSBME, MBA
Senior Ergonomics Consultant
Ms. Snyder has provided ergonomic consulting services for OEHN clients for over a decade, helping companies develop effective, sustainable ergonomics programs to decrease injury and discomfort, and improve productivity.

Cynthia Causbie, CCM, CWP, CWWS
Health and Wellness Consultant
Cynthia Causbie and her company CC Wellbeing, Inc. joined the OEHN team to assist our clients in tailoring integrated programs to meet their unique health and wellness needs.

Shelly Herbst
Administrative and Disability Coordinator
Shelly coordinates OEHN’s disability management program, interfacing with insurance companies, assigning disability and UR cases to providers in our multi-specialty network and ensuring a timely response. She also schedules and supports the psychological pre-placement and fitness for duty evaluations program.
