Karin Sullivan, M.Ed.

Executive Director

 

Karin joined the OEHN leadership team in 2013 and has over 25 years’ experience in the healthcare arena. Her background includes several years managing occupational medicine centers, including a position as Director of Training and Special Projects for the CareGroup Occupational Health Network. There she contributed to strategic planning, infrastructure development, clinic start up and development and other operational initiatives of the network. She also chaired the Annual Lewis H. Millender MD Occupational Medicine Conference for four years. Prior to joining OEHN, Karin managed a ten-provider primary care medical group practice, where she was accustomed to managing change on a daily basis in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Karin’s role at OEHN is to provide administrative leadership and oversight of the daily business functions, including operations, human resources, financial, business development, client relations, communications, project management, new client program development, and strategic planning.

​

Karin earned a Master’s Degree in Education in Instructional Design from the University of Massachusetts, Boston and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Care Administration from Stonehill College, N. Easton, MA.

​

She is a member of the National Association of Occupational Health Providers (NAOHP) and the  Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) as well as  the local MA/RI MGMA chapter.
