Maps:
OEHN works with our clients to develop process maps which
details associated activities, including volumes of input and
output, approvals, exceptions, and cross-functional hand-offs.
Process maps provide a unifying vision of business processes
resulting in an understanding of specific roles in the overall
system.

organizational structure which provides an efficient work system

Operations: OEHN evaluates the effective
management of operational activities, including the quality of each
program, and short and long term plan objectives as well as metrics
and outcomes for effective program management execution.

Finance:
When appropriate,
OEHN recommends a financial structure, which includes: service level
agreements and rate structures; operating metrics; and staffing
efficiency.

Quality Assurance:
OEHN measures and
monitors quality control standards, key performance metrics and
current assessment, implementation and follow-up procedures.

SOPs and Protocols:
OEHN evaluates current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Emergency
Response procedures which ensure employees have a safe and protected
environment and are up to date with current best practices.

Behavioral Health:
Managing difficult cases requires integration of resources, i.e.:
medical, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), Human Resources,
management, and legal while maintaining privacy according to HIPAA
regulations. OEHN ensures that Behavioral Health policies are
clear, accessible and open to case by case determination.
