Observational audits of the facility and informal interviews with workers and supervisors are conducted to help identify job tasks, equipment, physical requirements and potential risk factors. The purpose of this service is to heighten employee and management awareness of safe work methods or practices and to identify potential or existing unsafe safety practices. An optional written report summarizing the tour can be written upon request from the employer.
