Should work-related injury occur, experienced physical and occupational therapists provide prompt quality treatment at the workplace utilizing real work as the rehabilitation medium. Ergonomic hazard assessments are done of the employee's workplace, and the employee is educated in safe work methods all to help them remain on the job while they receive therapy. Disability days decrease and return-to-work rates increase.
