Joseph F. Flynn, MBA
Chief Operations Officer
Joe Flynn
is in his eighth year as Occupational & Environmental Health Network’s
(OEHN) Chief Operating Officer. Prior to OEHN, he was a Vice President
with State Street Bank (Boston). Joe has held management leadership
positions with AT&T and Repeater Technologies. Joe is responsible for
all day-to-day business functions for OEHN, including operational, human
resource, financial, business development and strategic planning.
He is an
innovative leader with strong people skills, a proven management
background with the capability to drive business through organic or
in-organic growth initiatives. His experience base includes an
established blend of operations, sales and marketing expertise along
with advanced skills in strategic planning, contract negotiations and
resource allocation.
In addition
to his COO activities, Joe plays an integral role across OEHN’s
Occupational Health Consulting Division. OEHN has conducted multiple
national and international employee health consulting engagements during
the last seven years.
Joe is a
former presenter at the American College of Occupational & Environmental
Medicine (ACOEM) National Conference and has Adjunct Professor teaching
experience at the college level. Joe has presented to numerous
organizations on Health and Productivity Management and its impact on
human capital management. He has also been a guest lecturer at the
Harvard School of Public Health.
Joe has an
MBA from Sarasota University and an Advanced Management Certificate from
Boston University Corporate Education Program.
