Michael Erdil

Director
Dr. Erdil joined OEHN from Connecticut where he is on the Active Medical Staff at Hartford
Hospital and an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of
Connecticut Health Center in Farmington, CT. Dr. Erdil is also a
Courtesy Medical Staff Physician for the Department of Internal
Medicine, Section of Occupational Medicine, Johnson Memorial Hospital,
in Stafford Springs, CT.
Dr. Erdil is Certified in both Internal Medicine and
General Preventive Medicine and Occupational Medicine, and currently
works as Medical Director for Johnson Occupational Medicine Center with
Johnson Memorial Hospital and Health Direct.
Dr Erdil has served as a reviewer for the Agency for
Health Care Policy and Research (Acute Low Back Problems in Adults,
1994); the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (ACOEM
Occupational Medicine Practice Guidelines, OEM Press, 1997), is on the
Editorial Board for the Official Disability Guidelines, Treatment in
Workers Compensation, 7th edition (2009) and Reed’s Medical Disability
Adviser, 6th edition (2008).
Dr. Erdil
has co-authored a number of articles, book chapters and other
publications including the following:
