OEHN's doctors are familiar with the laws of the commonwealth and
are licensed in the Commonwealth. They have continued to take formal education courses in forensic psychology.
They possess a demonstrated paper trail of certified courses. Because of this education, when
one of our doctors present themselves as an Expert Witness they can site books directly. Psychological characteristics, level and quality of motivation, personality traits, psychopathology, and historical behavioral patterns often have significant bearing on legal issues, and the outcome of a case may rest on the expert testimony regarding a litigant's psychological profile.
